Now whats happened, we seek the flashing lights not for the illumination but for the blinding effect. With a glow dead in our eyes, we can't see what behind the light, everything including the harsh reality of life becomes a white distant area that we no longer have to stare dead in the eye.
For those currently blinded by the glamour, lights dim over time, the batteries begin to run low, and you must face the real scenery. The time spent with no attention to problems makes the situation grow unruly with no control.
The universe gives a natural illumination through the sun and discovery, our man made glitter is weak competition.

What about after all the glitz and glamour, if we have something to fall back on...is it okay to want the fabulous life then? Or, what if we're smart? Does it still work against us???
As long as you don't use glamour as a foundation. If you understand the value in the "fabulous life" you know it's value is lavish living and the present security of being off the labor of your own hands.
Even with all the wisdom the world offers, at death your belongings are passed and your name is forgotten. If you want a name embedded with glamour should be bundled in the pursuit of legacy.
No one can steal your role in this universe, your designer jeans get passed to the next size 0.
Hope that answers it!!
I like what you said. I do believe that many of us look blindly into the light. It is why so many of us today are in trouble, one way or another. I myself have always pursued helping others as a pharmacist. I think that ultimately, you are remembered most for your service or actions that benefit man...Yes you can pursue the lavish life. However, if you attain that life by helping others, that makes it far more rewarding.
